 ERXL Universal Replacement Burner (Natural Gas)Need a complete replacement burner for your infrared tube heater?The Eneradiant ERXL tube heater burner can be used as a universal replacement burner on other manufacturer's tube heaters. Must meet the following criteria: 1) Match the BTU's and gas type with the burner you are replacing. 2) Matches up to 4" (O.D.) steel tubing only. (Note: 4" is the standard in the industry, but occasionally you'll find an odd size such as a 3" or 3.5" diameter). 3) If your tube heater has a round or square burner mounting flange on the first combustion tube, you'll need to cut the flange off with a reciprocating saw with metal blade, leaving just a blunt 4" diameter tube. The tube end fits snuggly inside the universal mounting flange, which includes set screws to tighten the flange to the tube. 4) If your tube heater has a turbulator baffle (usually located at the flue end of the heater), you may need to adjust or remove it to ensure proper operation.
